We Are at the Mercy of Allah.
Sasuwe lives in the village Niasmola. It's located ten minutes away from the Sohani River which burst its banks during the floods in August. The stagnant rain water has now become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and our children have fallen sick, says Sasuwe. Two of my children have hearing and speech disability whom I have recently enrolled in a special school. We are starving. Even though the flood water level is increasing but we cannot leave our land. If we leave then someone will grab this land. Therefore we are here."
