Overrated, Underrated, Perfectly Rated

You guys can just say if something's overrated, underrated or perfectly rated. So we're going to start with a food item, creme brulee. Why? Because you take the sugar on the top and it cracks. And then it's kind of just like a custody search. Another one: Padded bras. Like you either really, you're saying or they're not.
