How Gene Wolf's Success Comes From Other Writers

A lot of Gene Wolf's success comes from the praise he gets from other writers. Neil Gaiman is probably his biggest champion who is still out there constantly reminding people, hey, Gene Wolf is one of my favorite writers, please go read him. And so much of Wolf stuff is on the surface often confusing and it's not the kind of thing that you would expect to necessarily get popular because it reminds people more of high literary kinds of stuff.
