The Legend of Murph the Surf

Jack Roland Murphy was named Florida's top surfer twice and inducted into the surf legends Hall of Fame in 1996. Mirtha Surphy claimed that he played violin for the Pittsburgh Symphony when he was just 18 years old, but there is no record of him ever being part of the symphony. Murph: "Once you call a secret genius and a tennis pro with an out-sized IQ... You can kind of just hear it?"
