The Limitations of as Is

When you agree to as is, what does that mean for the buyer? If i find anything in the inspection, they're not going to fix it. Just remember that if someone says as is, that doesn't mean you have to buy it as is. You can go and make, do your due diligence on it and see what kind of, um, costs are going to be associated with purchasing that property.
