There are a few people in my life who, if I call them up, or they call me up from the first second of the conversation, will be completely honest with me. If we can't talk, then we can't think. And so it is our responsibility to make it safe for other people to speak to us as entrepreneurs and leaders. Perhaps that's the one idea you can share with somebody else today.
