Is the Sprung Bib a Good Solution to the Purpoising Problem?
Ferrari are the only team with a sprung bib, or splitter. The rules allow them this year to have what is determined in the regulations as a device. It's interesting that those particular teams seem to be better on the porpoising end of the scale and seem to have the best set-up.
