How to Accelerate Your Business

When you start building a team you can start to accelerate your efforts and multiply your efforts by having other people take task off your plate. There's always those edge cases and there's always bumps in the road but I guess what you're saying here and and I agree from an intellectual standpoint I just have trouble doing this practically.
