How Do You Know Where Someone Is?

Welcome to Voices from the Middle, Mike Jay is a colleague who has been a professional coach since 1988. He used to live in the great state of Texas, but has moved on. Mike has really surpassed the Gladwell test of mastery and exceeded the 10,000 hours of coaching other people. He has been working with training coaches in 45 different countries. 1000s of coaches have been trained by Mike at this point and he has written a couple of books on coaching, one of them is called "Coach 2 the Bottom Line" in 1999.
