Eiler: Oracle came up with four different types of teams that when you begin to think about. They leaned into really heavily, though, was cognitive load of a team. Eiler: You can build a small team and make them unbelievably cross-functional or help them become cross-functional. But making sure that they have the ability to understand and own this thing is key.
