Marketing is one of those areas that a lot of folks kind of ignore until you really need to do something. And my, one of my main premises in the book and my work in general, is that we really want to create marketing as an essential part,. of how we build our business. But it has to be based on doing some strategic analysis and some of that affront in order to know which activities are most likely to lead to the best sustainable results.
