Eating real food is going to help with that diversity and the more diverse your food the greater the diversity of the gut. If you have a very diverse microbiome then you're less susceptible to injury less susceptible to anxiety less susceptible for chronic public burden diseases like cardiovascular disease obesity diabetes. me yeah definitely so while we're on the subject of the gut one thing that I've just recently heard about and then I read a little bit about it in your book is the gut biome. The idea of these beneficial bacterial colonies and it sounds like science fiction like it sounds crazy that you could have these little bacteria that influence your mood and your cravings and things like that and that's what we're finding
