Whatever level you want to get to there's going to be sacrifice involved. If you're not willing to do some sacrifice of spare time senior mates spend ridiculous amount of times on why scout or Twitter like researching things until three o'clock in the morning applying for jobs and emailing people. I think it becomes really really difficult if you wish you've got an unbelievable network that can drag you along because I was at 21 year old sending emails to every confederation in the world hoping to get a reply Sunday offer me a coaching job.
