The Role of Governance in Engaging People

I worked with Ericsson 14 years ago with very much with the internet. And I also think that internet is something that really engaged people. But if you don't have a good governance model, it becomes just what you say - that people sit in their own little area and they work with the web. That's why we have to have the governance and the steering to have the same change of tone of voice.
