A lot of my thinking on this was sort of kicked off by Charles Murray. He proposed using a fund that rich people would capitalize to file frivolous lawsuits against every single like nitpicky legal complaint until the system jams up. I think that's actually a pretty antisocial political strategy, but I also think it's what we're in store for without any conniving. Like these, these tools are going to be massively available.
