When I was reading your books, mindless eating and slim by design, there's a few examples of foods that I was just not familiar with at all. One of the most disturbing ones for me was called hamburger helper, which we don't have to hear, but I had to Google it. And so I was like macaroni and cheese, which is already pretty bad, but it's got cheeseburgers crumbled into it. Well, I think Australia is not much different. Something that's really taken off this year was the halal snack pack over the last 12 months. It's one of my favourite foods. Maybe this explains my 10K. But that's alright
