Ibrahim Kamara and Arid al Najah took us to their favourite places to eat in Glasgow. Eliza Bethn Dungo runs the Kalabash African restaurant with her husband, Fissi. Salah from Iran says he lives on £6 a day but it's not enough for food or travel. They say they come out to make friends because of their mental health.
