There are a lot of moments in greek and roman literature where female characters take control of the narrative through the act weaving. I think i was interested in te kind of permeable membrane between text, textile visual image. The fact that you chose illustrations in your book as well, by chrisopily. And i found when i was actually making it, i had to move between illustration and writing. Also made up sily songs on the piano to try and orbit the emotions that were sentral to the stories.
