The former vice president has been in China for two days meeting diplomatic talks with Xi Xing Ping. He also met with the director of foreign affairs, Wang Yi, who accused the United States of recklessly interfering in China's internerer affairs. This is a pivot from previous comments made by Vice President Joe Biden just months ago; this isn't new.
