Spindic Dictators Use Cunning Techniques to Bankrupt Opposition

There's just a few other techniques I'd like you to describe which are quite sort of cunning techniques used by spindic dictators. And one of them is to bankrupt the opposition. This is again a typical spindicrator technique where you say we have a defamation law. If you criticize me as a government official or as a citizen I can challenge you in court and it just so happens we have this law that if you say something wrong and the court agrees with me rather than with you you have to pay a lot of money. Then suddenly you become bankrupt and you cannot do politics because you have no money to start your campaign. That's a typical tool of choice.
