Comcast's Slow Approach to Streaming
The Comcast approach has been relatively patient or slow moving, depending on whether you want to be critical or not. One of the reasons that Peacock is and also ran at this moment is that they have not invested the same level of resources really that any of their peers have in the streaming service. They're on pace to lose $3 billion in Peacock streaming costs this year. So they are investing a lot more now. And so I think from every conversation I've had with senior executives at NBC Universal at Comcast and at sort of people around it, Brian Roberts, the CEO of Comcast is waiting to do a deal but is going to wait for the right deal.
