How Can Coaches Build Connections?
Coaches should be intentional about the kind of climate or environment that they want to create. The connections between those people won't be authentic unless there's a difference in power dynamic among them. Coaches should write down, on a piece of paper or poste note, the kind of experiences they want to have in this group. That will form a kind of social contract and provide their basis for openness.
