Front Line Managers Need to Be Trained to Manage to Outcomes
E executives have had a pretty good life over the past couple of years. Their employ experience scores and our surveys are all much higher than front line managers and employees. Most of our front line managers need to be taught how manage to outcomes as an example, as opposed to attendance. It's really important that we invest a lot more in skilling front line managers around this sort of outcomes driven way of managing.
