Taking a Property Management Company to Multiple Locations

I bought my partners out in 2013. We kind of set this goal to grow to 25,000 homes under management. And today at that time we managed about 250 or 300 homes. Today we manage almost 7,000 and we're in 17, 18 markets and opening a new market about every six weeks. There's no accounts receivable in our business. That's something that's always been nice. It is.
