Is It a Career or a Side Grip?

I love taking that from the western side of things and the flavour, the authenticity. We're not a tipping culture here in Australia as much. I also think the customer or the demographic has changed as well because like you said, the younger generation has come through. Because we do have these different cultures that tie us together into the one within a Western culture, we can appreciate the Western qualities with the Asian flavor as well. And it just fits into this new third culture.
