The Importance of Helping Others in the Desert

In Nukumba, a town on the east of San Diego, things were worse. The border wall was being built in earnest before the 2020 election,. Perhaps they figured it would be too hard to cross there. It's not. Even with these camps being pretty desperate places, folks look after one another. And people constantly helped us find the owners of phones by wandering through the rows of children.
