I put a lot of weight on the team. Does that mean company or co-founders or both? Both. I do think there's a very personal component here that I don't want to discount. But in how we went about doing it, I am very proud of actually of how much emphasis we put on the team at Segment. We changed the option exercise window to basically be the maximum allowable for 10 years. To see them have a significant life outcome from it was super, super meaningful. And anyway, there's like a half dozen things like that that we really fought for in how it all played out over the full 10-year arc of the company.
