I really love kind of setting up people for success so when I'm working with other people or teams, I really value other people's input insight. So as a result, I recognize people and where they are and how they contribute and I want them to be involved. And so I find myself learning so much by actually not taking the helm on things and just sitting back. That'll save a ton of time learn something when you need to don't learn something because you may need to know it later.
