We have to find a balance of both the standardization that gives people a clear sense of what their job is, she says. Libby: Where are we acknowledging that some staff do have a workload that others do not have? Staff who are serving marginally students who maybe hold marginalized identities where is their space for that? "I want to also know how they're managing their own emotions and taking care of themselves," he adds.
