How to Combat the Mentality of Housing as a Blow

I've been a little bit mystified by this idea and this sort of narrative that more housing is a burden. How do you combat that mentality? I think one of the ways that we try to frame this is that there is need across the spectrum. So for sure, people who are currently housed in a place they want to be and stay, feel very, you know, comfortable and don't worry about construction next to them.
