i think that very much speaks to perhaps the challenge for government sometimes, which is governments often want to cry create a system that's equal for everyone. We're not all the same as people, so how might we tailor and organize these kinds of er services and systems in order to respond to what people on the ground actually need and want? i mean, personally, i dumped a lot of the rhetoric about equality and fairness years ago because i've discovered very fine words at 60 thousand feet. When you watch the practicalities of what hppens when you put words like that into the machinery of government, some very strange, unintended consequence indeed.
