Do You Have a Problem With Your Employees' Badges?
Researchers compared the individuals who opted in to wearing the badge and those who did not. The researchers could also measure each employee's electronic communications, their emails and instant messages. They were only measuring this communication, not examining the content. It is always possible when you're doing social science research that someone makes a guess about what we are trying to understand.
