Chat Bots in LAI - What's It Doing?
For me, the two biggest reasons to implement conversation in LAI is to be available 24 seven. And then after that becomes all the, you know, reducing operational overheads and everything else. It does depend on what you're trying to do with the chat bot. I've recently started working with franchises - it's a niche but fascinating.
