What Are China's Motivations for Amassing the Forces at the LAC?
Lieutenant General Satish Dua says the Chinese have always had this ethos of salami slicing, of trying to keep us on on the back foot. Lieutenant General Manoj Joshi: China has an ironic view of society and they look at us as a second level power. They feel that the US is encouraging us to do all sorts of things which is definitely part of the motive for the action that they took in 2020.
