High workload can actually be a positive or a negative depending on how it's interacting with those other hazards. If we took work overload and combined that with workplace incivility and low autonomy, that's sort of the ingredients for burnout. The next webinar series will discuss our multi-year process to develop a tool that looks at severity of frequency and duration of psychosocial hazard exposure.
