The Alexander technique is a way of learning how to deal with the habits that affect the way we move. Most educators won't care too much about their postural coordination when they're standing in front of a classroom, although they may need to make an impression on some students. But if they understand the nature of habit, then like any good educator should, or any teacher really, they'll be understanding how the students habitually learn. The Alexander technique can make a big difference, even if it's not as overt as we would like it to be.
