Cliff Jackson: The Anti-Clinton Advocate
Cliff Jackson, a former friend of Bill Clinton's, became an anti-Clinton activist. He inserted himself into one of the biggest controversies of the 1992 presidential campaign. The two men had spoken about the Vietnam War just before Jackson left Oxford. In 1969, Clinton told Jackson that he received an induction notice and was looking for a way to avoid going on active duty.
