What Is Mental Fitness?

Mental fitness is not simply about dealing with challenges, mental challenges like anxiety or depression. It's also about getting the same sort of fitness in terms of our mental strength and ability to make good decisions. We have two systems of thinking: auto pilot system and e intentional system which takes a couple of seconds to turn on. When you are strongly aroused, you want ty give your arousal around 20 minutes or so to fa. And then i talk about looking at alternative explanations and options that has been shown to address a situation.
