Brendan O'Brien: Interest rates are one of the key factors that's changed since January or February. He says people have had to adjust their purchasing power and inflation is a big part of it. But, he adds, we also used up a lot of demand in that period of time with low rates. "I think there's a bit of an adjustment buyers are starting to get their feet under them," said O'Brien.
