The Pandemic and Regulation in the FDA, CDC, and CDC

The pandemic revealed a lot of problematic regulatory authority inside the FDA, CDC, various other agencies. And I have not really seen any effort by members of Congress to fix that. The Article 1 Act and Andy Biggs Act specifically target the emergency declarations of the president. It would not allow a president's emergency declaration to expand past 30 days unless it's approved by the Congress.
