The Origins of the Dun Cow
Dun Cow also known as the Tithmo was a savage beast that roamed Dunsmore Heath, which is near Rugby and Warickshire. It would terrify neighbouring places, destroying the cattle, hurting and killing many that went about to destroy her. She was beyond the ordinary size of her, the cattle, six yards in length, four high, with large sharp horns and fiery eyes of a done colour.
