The World Bank's Definition of Knowledge Management
KAM is one of those funny terms that means so many different things to different people and different organizations. I think for many, especially when you think about some of the folks that come from more on the research academic side, it's very much in the realm of knowledge generation. From a definition perspective, I think it's that actionable knowledge. So it's not a nice meat definition, it's a messy definition.
