The Importance of Academic Skills Gaps

I think the other thing that needs to be understood is how vast the academic skills gaps are. You cannot find an institution in this country that is not tying itself into knots to hire and promote as many blacks as possible. And so it's going to take a leader I think to not just speak in generalities about color blindness, but actually say what our real problem is.
