Sleep and neurodiversity is that sleep is boring. Like, I've got a million things I would rather do than go to sleep. And it's kind of like a chore almost. There has been times where I wish that I didn't need to sleep because of so many things I want to do and learn. That's really interesting for me. I absolutely love sleep. I would sleep like 12 hours a day if I could. But you know, we see it as what it really is, which is self care. Yeah.
