The Importance of Accepting Failure

Running your own business is like being on an epic roller coaster says James. One of the key things that i'm do is is also is we have to accept failure, he adds. We're having an interesting time in America where many stores are becoming you know really dramatically better most are at least not worse and then a few have gone totally off the rails which occasionally can be quite amusing this has just been most wonderful morning thank you james so so much for so many lessons then things for us to think about especially for the high street.
