Is There a Treaty of Neutrality?
The Biden administration and Ukrainians had begun negotiating in earnest, day in December, when it became very clear that we had a quite likely invasion on our hands. What deal do you imagine? There's a pretty good chance you could have gotten with the Russians. I mean, obviously a treaty of neutrality. The sad thing was that Zelensky did not offer that before the war. Well, the reason is he couldn't, he was under too much pressure from his own hard liners,. but the West could have offered it.
