I associate type two and gossiping a bit more with the fixation of flatchery or adulation in which you need to both make compliments and then know everything about people for an intention consciously or not of manipulating. So I think anytime there are things that you're holding back that you're thinking about or feeling about someone, sometimes I can say as a two, I've been motivated to triangulate or to tell somebody else. Like maybe I'm having a feeling about you, but I don't really feel comfortable or I don't want to have conflict with you, so I don't tell you, but then I go tell someone else, which can be seen as gossiping.
