Using a Context Manager to Write to Files Atomically

A project called atomic rits, which was designated as critical. It lets you write to files atomically and then apply changes by doing an overright move type of operation at the o s level. People used this as in a hundred, 27 thousand, 839 packages. But now it doesn't work because people are not using two f a space. And so i pi move to require two f a for critical projects has unintended consequences.
