Is some days, yet i hit a zen like state, and i feel great. Other days, i go through mind to do this, and i go, oh, yo. You've got a busy nime to day. And so for me, i've had to re amit, and that got ready held. But i thinktat the take home for us might be, maybe if you've tried meditation and you can't get into it, maybe it's not the right habit for you at this particular moment.
