How to Improve a Culture in Big Companies

A lot of these big companies will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to big consulting companies who bring in all the research about how do you improve a culture right. All you have to do is simply reach out to your employees and say we want all of you to wake up and say i can't wait to go to work so what do we need to change? And it's very simply to implement but people would say well yeahYeah,  i'm not going to be able to do what i've done over the last 50 years or even 40 years because there has to be money for this sort of thing like any business.
